As you enter the main house, the main living area with jaw-dropping wall of windows opens panoramic, surreal water views, framed with reclaimed wooden beams and enhanced by handcrafted soaring ceilings with recessed lighting and cozy fireplace.
Smart home LED light fixtures illuminate the space, creating a timeless ambiance throughout living spaces.
The main house is spread over two levels with plenty of room for two families. With water views from nearly every room, this residence was meticulously designed to capture the beauty of its surroundings.
The main level includes an open floor plan with large, full sunlight, living room, kitchen and dining area, 1st Master retreat with en suite and covered back deck with private bay views. Spacious Laundry room is on a main level with tons of space for folding and LG washer and dryer.
The gourmet Chef’s well-stocked kitchen features top of the line stainless-steel appliances with five-burner gas cooktop, InstaView LG fridge, super quiet GE dishwasher, KitchenAid wall oven with built-in microwave. It has all the kitchen cookware, utensils and pantry essentials.
The immense covered back deck invites you to sit down, admire the view, enjoy sunset drinks, or spend a romantic evening stargazing or practicing yoga. It’s equipped with a custom top of the line five-burner barbeque grill with granite countertop.
Main level luxurious master bedroom offers a king size bed Plus a single size futon bed/chair. Luxurious en Suite bath offers double granite custom double vanity, hotel design step in shower, elegant soaking tub.
Each bedroom is equipped with its own flat screen TV, closet with tons of space for storage.
Audio zones with speakers in the great room, kitchen, back deck, master bedroom, and third-floor suite add the perfect touch that makes this home an amazing setting for entertaining.

Spacious second master bedroom with two queen beds, and a desk area for your laptop station overlooking the water is situated on the upper level. Adjacent to it, a lounge room with Queen size futon and Single size convertible bed/chair. Shared bathroom with double vanity, walk in shower.
The opposite side of the upper level includes 2 more buddy bedrooms. One BDRM has a Full size bed and Single size bed convertible to a large chair. Second BDRM has a Queen size bed plus Single size bed convertible to chair. These two rooms share a spacious bathroom with shower and double granite vanity.
An outdoor shower is conveniently located
in the back of the house in front of the exterior stairs.
The exterior of the home is designed to complement its natural surroundings,
featuring expansive windows that frame breathtaking ocean views.
Inside, you will discover a thoughtfully designed floor plan that maximizes
both space and comfort.
Property also has a Summer Cottage (can be rented separately or with a main house for an extra fee). It has living space with 3 beds on the main level and 2 beds in the loft. It has a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, fridge, microwave and electric cooktop, TV Netflix, Free WiFi. It is equipped with its own on demand heating and cooling system. It has all the kitchen cookware, utensils and pantry essentials. . There is outdoor shower and toilet, patio with sink with extra space for cleaning fresh catch of the day. There is a fire pit and direct access to the private beach.
This home has some of the best views in the area and steps away from the private pristine beach. You will hear the crashing waves.
