The cottage comfortably accommodates additional guests with three beds on the main level and two beds in the loft. Inside, you'll find a fully equipped kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator, microwave, electric cooktop, cookware, utensils, and pantry essentials—everything you need to prepare meals during your stay.

Relax with free Wi-Fi, Netflix-enabled TV, and a dedicated on-demand heating and cooling system for year-round comfort. All beds are prepared with fresh linens, pillows, blankets, and towels.

Outside, enjoy a private concrete patio, an outdoor shower and toilet, and a convenient sink for cleaning the day's fresh catch after fishing or crabbing. Gather around the fire pit in the evening or take the short walk to the private beach.

Spend your days swimming, fishing, crabbing, kayaking, or simply relaxing on the secluded sandy shoreline. A canoe is available for guest use; we recommend bringing your own properly fitting life jackets.

Exclusive to Your Group: When the main house is reserved, the Summer Cottage is never rented to another party. If you choose not to add the cottage, it will remain vacant during your stay—we never double-book the property.
